About HiBot

HiBot (hibot.com) is a human-run AI visibility audit service that measures how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, Claude, and Grok describe and recommend a brand, scored with the ANSWER framework.

What we do

More customers now ask an AI assistant before they ever visit a brand's website. They ask which company to hire, what a product costs, and whether a brand can be trusted. HiBot measures what those assistants say back. Trained specialists put the questions your customers ask to each engine by hand, in logged-out sessions set to your market, and save every answer word for word. We then score those saved answers across the six stages of the ANSWER framework and turn the gaps into a ranked plan.

The deliverable is a 0 to 100 HiBot Score, the verbatim answers behind it, a log of every claim the engines state as fact (checked against your own site), and recommendations tied to quotes. Plans start at $199 per audit. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan covers.

Why audits are run by people

Automated trackers query AI through APIs or logged-in accounts. Those sessions can return different answers from the ones a first-time customer sees. We capture answers the way a customer would, then score only the stored text, so every finding can be traced to a real answer. The full process is in How an ANSWER Audit Is Run.

Who runs HiBot

HiBot was founded by David Tang. Audits are run by a team of trained AI visibility specialists. Questions go to [email protected], which a person reads.

HiBot is not Hibot chat

Several unrelated products share our name. The one most often confused with us is Hibot (hibotchat.com), a customer-messaging platform for WhatsApp and other chat channels, which has its own listings on software review sites. That company is separate from HiBot at hibot.com, and we have no affiliation with it. HiBot does not sell chatbots, live chat, or messaging software. We audit what AI answer engines say about brands.
